Stephanie was a low level scientist on project Muerte Blanca, helping to create a form of chemical warfare to end all chemical warfare. However her co-workers didn't know that she was actually a Russian sleeper agent. Using her looks and charms to get close to one of the lead scientist on the project she gained access to secure vaults where the new virus Muetre Blanca was being held and stole two of the three vials. One of the two vials went back to Russia but was later spilled and released into the atmosphere, the other she sold to a terrorist group who used it to poison the New York water supply. The combination of these two events directly leads to the apocalypse. Stephanie was one of the first people contaminated with MB further helped spread it through her death. |
